This section shows the installation of the wall panels by a crew of carpenters at a small entry vestibule of an office building.
Left photo shows the panel framing on the back of the panel. On the right, the panel weighing about 120 lbs. is easily handled by two (2) men.
The steel stud wall substrate provides the attachment base for the wall clips which support the panels.
Interlocking corner clips are used to fasten the wall panels to the studs at the corners. The various loose clips of the wall systems interlock with the panel framing and provide automatic alignment of the panels.
The panel installation is simple and quick and can be performed by various tradesmen including carpenters, iron workers, and glaziers.
