The buildings shown in this section all have panels of thin reinforced stone installed utilizing various elements of the TS100 Wall System in order to develop the many different intersections and profiles. These examples have been selected to illustrate the variety and versatility of the problem solving characteristics of the TS100 Wall System. The DETAILS section illustrates many of the system detail solutions used to achieve the different detail profile conditions.

NEW CONSTRUCTIONThis is recently completed addition to the existing Americana Mall in Manhasset, NY for Brooks Brothers, an upscale national retail clothing chain. The lightweight TS100 cladding was installed on the steel stud framework in record time. The finish veneer is a veined beige limestone. The shop-mitered corners and window returns of the thin reinforced stone give the appearance of massive stone detailing used in traditional stone projects of the past which is now exhorbitantly expensive. See the section entitled CASE STUDY for a progress study of this project from start to finish. Brooks Brothers, Manhasset, NY - Kenneth Park, Architect - 2003

NEW CONSTRUCTION Use of the TS Wall System on this expansion to corporate headquarters proved to be an economical solution when compared to traditional stone alternatives. In order to match the 2" thick stone of the existing building, blocks of Dakota Mahogany from the same quarry which supplied the original stone were sent to Italy for transformation into the 3/8" thin reinforced stone product which was then utilized in the wall system.

NEW CONSTRUCTIONBlack granite pointed arches frame the entrances to three Sports Club buildings constructed in 1993 and 1994. The 4-sided box shaped columns and the pointed arch with its parallelogram shaped facing panels and large 5' x 5' sloping soffit panels were simple challenges to the TS Wall System. The wall panels were installed by carpentry tradesmen.
