The TS211 Progressive Alignment Clip can be used at both vertical and horizontal joints. The clip is pre-attached in the field to one panel then screw-attached to the wall substrate to anchor the panel in place. Then the clip provides automatic alignment for the next panel. The joint can be a butt joint as shown or a spaced joint controlled by 1/16" or 1/8" spacers then filled with grout or caulking material.
