The above drawings illustrate the framing and attachment details of a typical wall panel about 4 ft. wide and 9 ft. high. This panel would weigh approximately 200 lbs. as opposed to 650 to 1,000 lbs. for a traditional 1 1/4" or 2" panel thickness which would be required for such a large panel. The lightweight TS200 panel (only 6 lbs./sq.ft.) can be easily installed by carpenters.
